Last night I had my first session for the Weight Management Program, and it was a great session in deed. I won’t go into details here, but if anyone is interested, you can read about it on my other journal I just started HERE. I’m excited to get started again. Where I’m not necessarily supposed to lose weight before the surgery, they don’t want me to gain…but any loss helps they said! So here’s hoping!

I have just Amanda today…Shannon is home with an ear infection, poor little girl. And it will just be Amanda all of next week too. Which should work out for me…I’m taking Mollee (Furbaby - 8 years old) to get groomed on Wednesday, and it will make it easier if it’s just me & Amanda going to take Mollee.

I bought some furniture for Faith’s room today at Target. She’s going for more of a grown up look in her room, and her Little Mermaid table just isn’t cutting it anymore, so I bought her a white wooden table, and a small bookshelf to put next to her bed. It will make the room look less cluttered, I’m sure.

Ashton’s room is becoming more and more Pittsburgh Penguins every time I turn around! He bought a couple of Penguins posters at the book fair the other day, and he has stickers, and hats, and all kinds of good things. I figure once we get the kids rooms like they are now…they should last them until they are teenagers like this…I HOPE! :wink:

Not a whole else going on…gonna start putting Faith’s furniture together so I can surprise her when she gets home, but before I go…just a quick shout out for bustiers…oh la la! Have a blessed day everyone!

I’m free…I’m free…oh yes, I’m free!!!! I have a kidless day all to myself. Well, my hubby & I, but non-the-less I’m free! Guess like anyone in an office job you need “mental health” days, I’ve been needing one of those for a while now, and I’m happy to say I got mine today without even asking for it! Unfortunately, Shannon is sick, so Michelle called off work to take her to the doctor, thus them all staying with Michelle. And Amanda’s grandmother, who drops her off on Thursday’s, is busy at work and just going to have Amanda go into the day care center at church today. So now my kids are in school, at normal time today, and it’s 10:30…and I’m still in my jammies! :dancegirl1: Can’t even remember the last time I was able to do this…other than after my knee surgery!

Today I just have to go to the bank, and then I’m reading in Ashton’s class today at 2:30 p.m., and tonight is my first meeting for the Weight Loss Surgery! Woo hoo! :applause: Anxious and excited to see how that goes! Once a month for the next 6 months…that should go pretty fast, right? :dreamyeyesf: Hoping!

Still liking the guys better than the girls on American Idol. :idolsmileyf: No one is really standing out to me. I’m still a big fan of David A., Jason C., and Michael J. They are my favorites!

I am really wanting to get away…maybe we should look into going to Branson for a getaway or something. Best of all, I’d get to finally meet Andrea and her family! Andrea always talks about how much fun she has at Silver Dollar City, and they really have some great shows there…museums…amusement parks…and it’s just a 13 hour trip…I think with Shawn & I alternating driving, and maybe staying over one night to and from…we could do it. I’ll have to look into that, might be worth doing. Think it’s something we all need…big time!

Well, I think I better get moving…get out of my jammies, and go get ready to go read at Ashton’s school. Wishing you all a blessed day!

Ugh…can you believe that we had another delay today…but I guess that is better than a closing, cause we’d me missing out on Spring break and the end of the year. I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if school delays meant my kids slept in, and that they actually weren’t up running around like crazy a such an early hour, and that the kids I babysit came later too. Now, Adam did bring his three at 7:30, but then I have the 4 of them PLUS Shannon to deal with from 7:30 until 10 o’clock. At least Amanda didn’t come until 11:30, so that wasn’t so bad. And the pay will be better for having the 3 kids for an extra couple of hours. But it’s just exhausting…for sure!

I’m in a rut…not sure why. I’ve just been in a super bad mood, no reason why. Real short tempered, wishing I could go off by myself for a few days, and just be left alone. But don’t know why I’m feeling this way…just not liking it at all.

Well, I have both Shannon & Amanda down for their naps, and the school kids will be coming home in an hour, so I’m gonna go take advantage of this time and rest myself. But before I go, just a quick shout out for life insurance quotes. Have a blessed day everyone!
