Wow…the move went smoother than I could have ever imagined! The moving company arrived on time, and they were fast! Super lightening speed fast if you ask me! They were done from one house to the next in 4 1/2 hours! Now granted they did not have to move any boxes, it was mainly the big stuff…the furniture, appliances, and the likes….but still! I don’t think Shawn could have had the same success if he would have had friends helping him out.

I haven’t taken any pictures yet, because I don’t know where my camera is…but as soon as I find that and more things are in there place, I will be sure to do that and share with everyone.

Well, I’m still pretty tired…and I’ve got tons and tons of boxes to unpack, so I’m going to get going. But did want to say HEY and let you know we got into the new house safe and sound. Before I go…just a quick shout out about hair dryers. Have a blessed day everyone!

Yippee!!! Tomorrow is moving day! I am so excited, happy, thrilled, nervous and anxious…all in the exact same breath! I feel that I have so much to do, but don’t know where to begin. Shawn tells me I’ve overreacting, and everything is very organized and good to go…but I’m not seeing it yet. Hopefully after the movers come tomorrow I’ll feel more at ease. I hope and pray! :pray:

Met with the gas man this morning…when I called to get the utilities turned over to my name, the gas company told me there was a red flag on the furnace at the new house. So they set up an appointment, but then when I told Shawn he said it was a brand new furnace…so the gas company needed to see that instead of me just telling them. So that’s all good to go and ready to be turned into our name. Everything else starts tomorrow as well. Cable man is coming after noon tomorrow, so I’ll be without cable or internet until after noon. Hopefully it’s on by 8 p.m. so I can watch my shows!

Tonight we’re going to celebrate Shawn’s new job with the people that he’s currently working with. They are always a blast to hang out with…so it’s sure to be a good night! But it will have to be an early and light night as the movers will be here at 9 a.m., and Shawn’s got a class to attend tomorrow as well.

Well, the man is up and ready to rock ‘n roll on moving more stuff, so I best get myself off of here and say ado for now. First off…I’m doing back flips, cause the kids are going back to school tomorrow!!!! :cheerleader: I love my kids, don’t get me wrong…but they just want, want, want sometimes, and with the move I’ve been super busy and trying to get done what I need and they don’t cooperate. They have helped an awful lot, so I can’t go wrong there…but I think I would have done so much more on my own without them under foot.

Got almost everything packed up and ready to go…forgot that I took all my clothes over yesterday except what was in the laundry, so had to wait until laundry was done to get out of my jammies this morning…not that I minded or anything. So now I’m going to get a couple cheap cleaning supplies for last minute cleaning, as that stuff is all packed away too, and then getting out of the house for a little bit. Just have been overwhelmed the past few days, for sure!

Well, Faith’s gnawing at the bit to get out of the house too…Ashton’s already out at a sleep over, so I guess I better get going. But before I go…just a quick shout out for best buy. Have a blessed day everyone!
