Oh man, oh man, oh man!!!!! I did that little body fat calliber thing yesterday at the gym, and I have LOST 3% BODY FAT!!!!!! I am jumping for joy…I am doing the happy dance…I can’t believe that I’m seeing so many results already, and it just keeps getting better.
I’m feeling better about myself, sleeping better at night, not stiff and cranky all of the time…well, cranky some of the time. And just all in all, feeling tons better about everything! And it’s only been three weeks, can’t even wait to see what I’ll feel/look like in 3 months…or a year from now! I’m hoping that I’ll look like a totally different person!
The kids have water day today at summer rec, and then tomorrow is the last day. Figured I’m on a routine with dropping them off and going to the gym, so now they’ll just have to go with me and go in the Kids Klub. I carted them around for 2 months with summer rec, they can do this for me for a couple weeks before they go back to school.
Time to get them there and get myself to the gym, but before I go…just a quick shout out for home office. Have a blessed day everyone!

I was given a website from a friend where you put in your birthday and it gives you a specific bible verse for that given day. The site is called BirthVerse, and you can click on that to visit the site. Here is my BirthVerse for January 22:
2 Corinthians 1:22 NIV
set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
Last night was Ashton’s regular season hockey game…and the boys did it! They finally won against the team that they hadn’t been able to beat all season. The ones that they tied with the past two times they played them…but they did it last night, they won 14-9. They were totally pumped, for sure! They are still in 2nd place, but they finished the regular season with a bang! Now we have the playoffs, and they begin on August 9th. Ashton played another great game!
We had a bit of a conflict last night because Ashton’s game was at 6 p.m. and at 7 p.m. was our boro’s National Night Out. Faith really wanted to see the procession, but Shawn didn’t think we’d be able to get home with the procession lining up right up the street from us. So we went to our old neighborhood, which is right by the hockey rink. We had a great time hanging out with our old neighbors. The kids had fun, and Shawn and I had a good time too!
Now we’re back to regular…Shawn’s working a 24 hour shift today, the kids will go to summer recreation, and I’m off to the gym. This is the last week for summer rec, then less than a month before the kids start back at school, and I’m babysitting again. I’ll just have Amanda 1/2 day 4 days a week, and Ava, the new baby who is only a month old.
Not too much else is happening around here…same ole same ole. Trying to get better at blogging and coming visiting, easier to do on the laptop than spending time on the desktop. This way I can be with the kids, and still be on the computer. Well, time to get moving to get to the gym. But before I go, just a quick shout out for disposable diaper. Have a blessed day everyone!
