Last Day of August

Published by Jana under Semi-Daily Jibber

I feel like I was just writing my first day of August post, and now here I am writing my last day of August post…where did the month go? I just can’t believe that this month…like so many before it…goes faster and faster! It’s just crazy!

Yesterday we took the kids Miniature Golfing and then they stayed over my mom’s to go on an outing with my sister today. Shawn & I went to a friends house for a cook-out. We had fun, and the kids had fun as well. Now today, Shawn’s at work, the kids are with my sister, and I’m doing laundry and getting ready to start babysitting next week. I would like to go see Mama Mia, but I’ve never been to a movie by myself…don’t know if I could do that or not. My mom already saw it, but maybe she’ll go with me again…we’ll have to see.

My blogthings quiz is so right on…I still think John Stamos is HOT!

Not too much else is going on…so with that I’ll wish everyone a happy last day of August, and see ya in September!

Nothing to Blog About

Published by Jana under Semi-Daily Jibber

I don’t really have anything to blog about…absolutely nothing is going on. Just an ordinary day, so I thought I’d do a couple of quizzes to fill the blog up today. Hope you enjoy!

You Live in the Present
Future

You take things one day at a time.
And it turns out, that’s a pretty great way to live.
You aren’t consumed by the past, and you’re aren’t obsessed with the future.
You live in the now, and you enjoy each moment.
While most people don’t live in the present enough, make sure you don’t live in it too much.
It would be a mistake to forget your past or neglect to plan for the future.
Do You Live in the Past, Present, or Future?

You Belong in the Baby Boomer Generation

You fit in best with people born between 1943 and 1960.
You are optimistic, rebellious, and even a little self centered.
You still believe that you will change the world.
You detest authority and rules. Deep down, you’re a non conformist.

My Creation

Published by Jana under Semi-Daily Jibber

I was invited by Kate to create this…and it was a lot of fun. Time consuming, but fun. I’ve added the instructions after my creation, if you would like to play along as well. I’d love to see your creation…if you make one, please let me know.
