Well…with my working full-time, and life changing in our household, something had to go. And after a long and hard battle, I have decided to give up the hosting business. After 7 wonderful years of hosting the best clients…I have put this chapter in my life behind me.

It’s not like I left the hosting company in hands of strangers…I put it into the hands of those who have been helping me behind the scenes. And I have no bad feelings about this at all. Everyone is in very good hands, and will be very well taken care of!

I’m working 4 days this week instead of 3, but two of those days are only 6 hours…so it shouldn’t be that bad. I’m off today, and then Friday and Saturday…work 3 in a row (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) and then we are off to NORTH CAROLINA!!!!! I cannot believe that it’s next week! It seemed like the Shelton’s just left here…and now it’s time for us to go there already! How wonderful! I cannot wait!!!

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if there were more hours in the day? That’s what I’m starting to think about…there doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day, enough days in the week…and some things have to suffer and have to be given up. Unfortunately one of the things suffering is my blogging and computer time. Because if you really think about it…my family has to come first. It’s just not even up for discussion. But I’m doing the best that I can…and doing what I can. Some changes are going to be happening in the upcoming month, and my time will be more valuable to me. Just keep an eye out…that announcement will be coming soon.

Work is going great…I’ve now graduated from job 4 of 5, and start on the last job next week…and I’m nervous and excited all at the same time! Twelve hours is a long day, but I am thankful that we are busy…because the days go faster than fast. The days that we are slow seem to drag on forever…and then boom the bus drops off a ton of patients and in the door they come. I actually like the busier days…it’s a challenge for sure!

The kids are doing good…report cards come out today and they are both getting great marks! They’ve been adjusting well to me working. It’s nice that they get to have time with Shawn, and time with me.

In two weeks (less than that) we’re heading to Fort Bragg, NC to visit Jennifer and her family! I cannot wait! Cannot wait! Cannot wait!!! It’s going to be a MUCH needed break for all four of us!

Last night was our Crossover’s annual “Friday Night Live” where we meet up at the church at 8:30 p.m., and don’t get back until 7 a.m. the next morning. We hang out at the church and have pizza and a speaker, then we headed for a late night bowling experience. Then we go to the boats for a sunrise cruise. Boy oh boy was I tired! But I got my second wind in the morning because I knew that I was heading to buy my copy of Twilight!

I survived my working 3 days in a row! It was tough…and tiresome, but I did it! Now I’m off for 3 and work one off two, etc. Back to my regular routine.
