Hey everyone…thought I’d check in and say HI and let everyone know I am still alive. Busy with work, kids activities, all the fun stuff.

My mom had her second hip replaced on May 11, and is home recuperating, and doing great. I said she’s turning out to be the bionic woman with all these new body parts she’s getting. She has a lot to feel good for…so she’s really pushing herself, and doing great. Not overly pushing, but enough…ya know?

The kids are doing good. Anxious for school to be out. Their last day is June 10…so we’re almost there. Ashton started playing hockey again, and had a game last week and last night. Last week he was goalie, and did a great job. Unfortunately they lost 4-3. Shawn said he made some really great saves! I missed it due to work. They played again last night and he played well again. They won 8-7 last night.

Faith went with my sister to see Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat this weekend. She had a good time! Really enjoyed it! After school is out she’ll be going to a summer camp with my sister’s boyfriends daughter. It will be weird her being gone a whole week.

Shawn’s also playing hockey now…he’s playing goalie full-time, and boy is that expensive! I swear all our money goes into that! He had his first game last Thursday and unfortunately it was called on account of a storm…but they were winning 3-0 before that, so he was doing a great job.

Me…I’m just busy working, taking care of stuff at home. Running the kids everywhere. Nothing exciting with me…not at all!

Well…that’s about it for me. I wish I was able to blog more, but the timing just isn’t there anymore. Maybe that will change…we’ll have to see. Before I go, just a quick shout out about Outer Banks rentals. Wishing you all a very blessed day! And Go Pens!
